Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.


Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive a partial refund based on the condition of the returned item.

  • The refund will be issued as a percentage of the original purchase price.

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after approval.


Discount on Next Order

As a courtesy, customers who complete a return may receive a discount on their next order, which will be sent by email after the return has been processed.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items returned outside the return window

  • Items that are not in their original condition
